He came for the free tapas. So did we.

Window & Light

Another must-do picture, in homage to Hopper.

Closed Window

I used for the first time today a tool called "perspective"... I tried to make the picture "flatter"...
Window seen at the monastery. I like the colours and details.
PT: contrast, lightness, perspective, crop.

Fog-Like

There was a little bit of steam on the outside of the window, giving this almost surreal, winter-like aspect to the view. The streetlamp looked like a giant, greenish moon.

Aura

Having fun with my MIL's curtains. Apart from the reducing, this is SOOC. The flare and rainbow are real.

Planking Hard

Today, we had to go back to work, as my husband his moving into 2 different classrooms (he will teach two levels, 1st and 2nd grades). We were moving stuff about and the idea struck me to do a planking picture with this school bench, while my hubby was going: "What the...?". Hence my amused expression! I also did not lay my face flat on the bench as I had forgotten to take my glasses off.
On a side note, my arse looks good in this.

Monkeying Around

We got abruptly woken up at 5:20 in the morning... by monkeys jumping around on the roofs and being very noisy, shaking TV antennae like coconut trees...
Then again at 3:30 pm, baby monkeys were flying about, screeching at each other. They were very quick, this is one of the few photos that were somewhat good. I picked this one because of the houses.
PT: contrast, sharpen.

Zen

I liked the light and tried to do something... dunno if it worked.

Tuk-tuk Window

It was raining this morning when we went to work. The tuk-tuk we rode had the sides down and little windows. It was fun.

Behind Bars

Saw this man this morning looking through the open window, clinging to the bars. It was such an unusual scene that I had to photograph it.

Profile Picture

Hehe, geddit?
The wind was blowing through the open window... I wanted to show the movement. And my big nose.
Better pictures to come.

Cat & Windowsill

This cat was probably not at home, but he was for sure acting like it. Typical cat! the underwear drying out might have enticed him...

Walls

And that's how close the building in front is... that's why we hardly get any sun in. This is the view we have leaning out of the window.

Window

Couldn't take a decent picture for shit today. This one is the only thing that comes close. Tomorrow, eh?
Post-treatment: desaturation, crop.

Apartment

Taken from my balcony. I just like the old feel of this. And the fact that the blinds are always closed makes me wonder if anyone lives there...
Post-treatment: crop, slight contrast.

Clothes

Yes, I like taking pictures of other people's homes through my window. Voyeuristic? oh, please.
Post-treatment: slight contrast.
